Qualifizierung der Koordinationsverantwortlichen für Hector Kinderakademien in Hessen
Das in Baden-Württemberg entwickelte Konzept zur Förderung besonders begabter Grundschulkinder wird ab 2022 auch in Hessen implementiert. Dazu werden in jedem Schulamt Regionalkoordinator*innen eingesetzt, deren fachliche Qualifizierung im Projekt entwickelt und evaluiert wird.
As part of the implementation of the extracurricular and after-school programmes of the Hector Children’s Academies for highly gifted primary school children in Hesse, the school authorities take on regional coordination tasks. They help to implement the Children’s Academies locally and support quality assurance. The qualification programme for this group of people is being developed, implemented and tested for its effectiveness in this project. The building blocks of the qualification programme include the provision of theoretical background knowledge on how to support gifted children and develop their potential, as well as pedagogical expertise to design high-quality learning opportunities.
The aim of the qualification programme for the regional coordinators of the Hector Children’s Academies in Hesse is to enable them to establish a regional network of Hector Children’s Academies, to plan, organise and run courses for particularly gifted primary school children and to support the course leaders of the Hector Children’s Academies in terms of content and pedagogy so that they can provide the best possible support for particularly gifted primary school children.
